Champs d'intérêt et thèmes d'enseignement

Je m'intéresse à la génétique de population mathématique et statistique, autant aux applications qu'à la théorie. J'utilise principalement comme outils les processus stochastiques et l'analyse dynamique mais aussi des méthodes statistiques, la combinatoire et la simulation notamment les chaînes de Markov de Monte Carlo. Ma recherche s'articule autour des deux grands thèmes suivants:
- Processus de coalescence et applications: Étude des configurations échantillonnales de séquences d'ADN à un ou plusieurs sites, reconstruction de généalogies, âge d'une mutation, effets de structures de population, applications au déséquilibre de liaison et à la cartographie génétique.
- Principes d'optimalité en théorie de l'évolution: Théorème fondamental de la sélection naturelle, stratégies stables au cours de l'évolution, sélection de parentèle, mesure de l'apparentement.
