  PROGRAM FEATURES Plan of lectures and Schedule
  Uniform Distribution and beyond:  Applications to Cryptographic protocols, distribution of integers, level statistics.
  Integer and rational points on varieties: Geometry of numbers, the circle method, homogeneous varieties via spectral theory and ergodic theory.
  The Andre-Oort conjectures: Equidistribution of CM-points and Hecke points, points of small height.
  Quantum ergodicity: Quantum maps and modular surfaces.

  This summer school is primarily targeted at senior grad students, postdocs and junior faculty
  Financial assistance available. For full consideration, requests for participation or financial assistance must be received before February 28, 2005. SELECTION OF PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN FINALIZED
  There is no registration fee. A contribution of 125$ CA is required for social affairs.
